Mt Pocono - Come to Honesdale's beautiful Central Park on Monday, July 2 for fun, food, music and a fantastic fireworks display from Irving Cliff. The celebration begins at 6:30pm with children's activities, vendors and entertainment in the park.  Allentown Fireworks and Street Festival - The City of Allentown’s 4th of July Celebration will take place inside J. Birney Crum Stadium on Wednesday, July 4th from 6:30pm-9:30pm. The festival features live music, family friendly entertainment, delicious food options from local and regional mobile food vendors and a rousing musical fireworks show. The Celebration is a free event open to the public.

City of Bethlehem Fireworks - 9pm - Sand Island / Levitt Pavilion at Steel Stacks

Allentown: Independence Sunday, 10:30 a.m. July 1, Zion's Liberty Bell United Church of Christ, 620 Hamilton St. Worship service featuring the reading of the Declaration of Independence. During the service, two dozen participants reenact the protests of the colonists by reading sections of the Declaration, punctuated by the ringing of Allentown's Liberty Bell. Community members are invited to participate; children will receive three-corner hats and "mop caps" to wear. Free-will offering. 610-435-2412.

Allentown: National Bell Ringing Ceremony: 1:30-2:30 p.m. July 4 at Liberty Bell Museum, 622 Hamilton St. Tours of the exhibit “Last One In: American Ideals in Conflict with American Attitudes.” Story time for children, craft project and coloring pages. Wawa Welcomes America Festival: Features more than 50 events in Center City and across Philadelphia with the theme “Welcoming the World With Love.” Activities kick off noon June 28 at Independence Mall and finish on July 4 with a concert featuring Pitbull, the Philly POPS and singer/songwriter Heather Headley, a parade and fireworks in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
